Order Processing

I aim to ship orders within 24 hours, but as life does tend to happen, please allow up to 10 business days. Business days are Monday through Friday.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated based on the shipping method you select, the destination, and the package’s weight. You can view the shipping cost at checkout before completing your purchase. Orders over $100 qualify for free economy shipping.

Sustainable Shipping Materials

By default, orders are shipped in plastic-free, biodegradable kraft paper bubble mailers from EcoEnclose.

If your order doesn't fit or this packaging is unavailable, I’ll ship your order in a second-use cardboard box with all prior shipping labels removed.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can track your order using the link provided in the email.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments

I take great care in packaging your items to prevent damage during transit, but once the package is with the carrier, its journey is out of my control. I cannot be responsible for lost or damaged items. Depending on the carrier, your package may include basic insurance. Please contact the carrier directly to inquire about your package or to submit a claim.

International Shipping Considerations

Customers are responsible for any customs fees or duties. I cannot predict these costs, so I recommend consulting your local customs office or online calculators for estimates. Delivery times vary widely, often between 7-90 days depending on the destination and chosen shipping method.
